Faulty or Damaged Products:

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a refund or exchange. Will would ask that you provide a photo of the issue that you are reporting to assist us in processing your issue. In this instance The Chakra Club will cover the cost of return shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item, we will accept the return for a refund or exchange of the same value, but the buyer will cover the return shipping cost. the chakra Club will cover the cost of dispatching any item to be  exchanged.

Refund Process:

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth return. you will be asked the reason for your refund request, along with a photo of the item, in undamaged and unused condition. Once the returned item is received, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that no store credit will be offered.
